Faith-based care
Your faith and your healing do not have to live in separate rooms.
Faith-based counseling is one of the areas Erin has the most experience in. This is licensed clinical therapy — assessment, treatment planning, evidence-based methods — offered by someone who can hold your faith as part of the picture instead of an awkward aside.
01Christian Counseling
You set the amount
Some clients want scripture and prayer woven through. Others simply want a counselor who will not treat belief as a symptom. Erin follows your lead, and it can change week to week without any explanation owed.
02Christian Counseling
Where faith and shame get tangled
A lot of what surfaces here is the difference between conviction and self-condemnation, forgiveness that was demanded before it was possible, and the exhaustion of performing steadiness for a church community. Those are workable in therapy.
03Christian Counseling
This is not the same as spiritual coaching
Erin also offers Spiritual Heart Healing, a separate faith-based guided experience that is not therapy, not clinical treatment, and not billable to insurance. Christian counseling on this page is clinical care under her license. The two are kept deliberately separate.
Signs this is the right page
- Faith feels like pressure rather than rest
- You want a counselor who shares the frame
- Shame is doing the work conviction was meant to
- You have been told to pray about something that needs treatment too
None of this is a diagnosis, and no outcome is guaranteed. It is a starting point for a conversation.
In Erin's words
What she would say if you called today.
If your faith matters to you, it belongs in the room. I have spent years doing faith-based work, and I will follow your lead on how much of it you want in a session — some weeks all of it, some weeks none.
