Erin L. Smith, MSPC, LPCC, LPC
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (KY) and Licensed Professional Counselor (AZ, MN). Ten years in practice, certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and known for a kind heart that makes an impact with everyone she meets.
Erin L. Smith, MSPC, LPCC, LPC01Her background
Ten years, and a wide range of rooms.
Erin has worked with adults, adolescents and children, in individual and group settings, as well as with couples and families. Her most extensive experience is in addiction, anger management, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, and faith-based counseling.
Her main focus is establishing the therapeutic relationship first. She believes a good connection facilitates effective counseling and produces the best outcomes, which is why the early sessions are spent building something real rather than rushing to technique.
She is supportive, compassionate, and present in both struggle and progress. She meets each person where they are and works collaboratively on treatment goals, with open communication about which techniques are working best for you.
Her style combines strength-based, cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approaches — identifying the strengths and coping skills you already possess rather than starting from what is missing.
"You have taken the first step in creating a healthier, happier you and I would be honored to help you in that journey!"
